Our Process

Understand your needs

We start with a meeting at the company where we analyse, based on the culture and needs of the company, the profile of the ideal person, based on the characteristics of the position, responsibilities and work team.

Search

Based on the information obtained, we propose a search methodology. Through our network and professional platforms we search for suitable candidates, by means of specific advertisements or directly, with field work on a group of companies and an agreed sector.

Exhaustive interviews

We interview candidates in person and in depth to ensure the maximum match in terms of skills and attitudes as well as motivation.

Follow-up and closure

Throughout the entire process, the client is kept informed of the evolution and progress of our work. We present a minimum of three candidates per process, and we do not close the process until we find the ideal person for the client. We ask for references when the profile requires it.
